10/24/11: The regimen of integrating his walk to the ice ditch as a workout is maintaining his muscle tone just fine. He still doesn’t want to be immersed in ice longer than a total of 20 minutes with the fronts in 10 minutes earlier than his back feet. So the back feet are only in for 10 minutes. The wraps are staying on for an average of 3 days and the pressure sores are healing well.
