Join us! A rally to save the Onaqui wild horses
The following is from the American Wild Horse Campaign:
On Friday, April 5, we’re holding a rally in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah at the BLM State Office to save the Onaqui wild horses. We need a huge showing to make sure the BLM hears our voices loud and clear – and we hope you’ll join us in taking a stand against the BLM’s planned roundup that could wipe out 80% of the herd.

This rally is our chance to speak up for the beloved Onaqui wild horses – one of the most famous herds in the West that draws thousands of eco-tourists to the area every year. With a great showing of support, we’ll be able to get the attention of the media and generate the national grassroots pressure on the BLM to spare this historic and unique mustang herd.
Help us generate a strong showing for the wild horses to #SaveOnaqui.
On April 5, we’ll be there… will you?
Thank you,
Suzanne

They only round up 20% to prevent over population and treate them before adoption. Are you even adopting any of them? Please get your information straighten out and support them for for the sake of the animals!!!

Adoption is not the only way to help. For the sake of the animals, I post the newsletters in the RESOURCES/NEWS section of my website that I receive from numerous different rescues and organizations that are caring for the wild mustangs, burros and other rescues so that people can find this information easily, be made aware of the issues and give them the opportunity to donate or help in some way if they would like to do so. I even make donations in critical situations like I did just recently to help with ten wild rescue colts during our last blizzard. I do not edit the organizations’ newsletters, so if you have an issue with their information, then I suggest you take it up with them.
